Shunya Axis Private Limited is an IP holding and strategic research company at the intersection of technology, culture, heritage, education, and sustainability.
We serve as the central intellectual property custodian and strategy hub for a group of mission-aligned entities, partnering with institutions to design responsible, scalable innovation rooted in Indian philosophy and contemporary scientific ethics.
We work with universities, research institutions, enterprises, NGOs, and government-linked bodies to design frameworks, pilots, and labs that combine deeptech with Indic Knowledge Systems.
Our role is to conceptualise, structure, and steward these frameworks as long-term IP, while specialist partners and affiliates handle on-ground implementation.
OUR MISSION
To design and steward śūnya-informed frameworks that integrate AI, quantum computing, bio-inspired computation, and Indic Knowledge Systems with India’s civilizational heritage and sustainability imperatives.
We bridge science, spirituality, and society so that our ecosystem partners can build ethical technology, preserve culture, and contribute to India’s Viksit Bharat 2047 vision.
We focus on turning policy intent into working architectures: from NEP 2020 and Digital India to the National Quantum Mission and Mission LiFE.
By anchoring these efforts in śūnya as a living, dynamic principle, we aim to enable institutions to innovate without losing civilizational grounding or ethical clarity.

Shunya Axis acts as the central IP holding and licensing entity for technological, scientific, cultural, and educational outputs developed across our ecosystem.
We design, aggregate, and license intellectual assets—including technology stacks, educational content, digital infrastructure, and R&D outputs—to our affiliated entities such as our LLP (execution and consulting) and section 8 arm (social impact and education).
Our custodianship spans literary works, training frameworks, software, process IP, and research artefacts, with appropriate contracts and licences to protect long-term value.
This structure ensures that innovation can scale while remaining legally robust and ethically grounded.
Living Labs & Field Pilots
We conceptualise living labs, pilot programmes, and experimental ecosystems that blend deeptech, local knowledge, and stakeholder participation.
These pilots are used to validate and refine frameworks before they are codified into formal IP and scaled through partners.
Sustainability, Circular Innovation & Heritage
We work at the intersection of sustainability, circular innovation, and heritage conservation, with an emphasis on place-based knowledge and indigenous practices.
