We invite students, academic faculty, industry professionals, start-ups, and MSMEs to submit short, applied AI use cases grounded in local and regional realities.
This platform is for practical ideas, not theoretical depth—
where real problems meet contextual AI and data-driven thinking.
🔍 Use-Case Domains
Submissions may align with one of the following themes:
- MSME & Local Economy
- ESG / Sustainability / Circular Economy
- Supply Chain / Logistics / Operations
- Governance / Policy
- Education / Skills
Local references—institutions, MSMEs, districts, clusters, or markets—are strongly encouraged.
📝 What the Submission Involves
The submission form requires:
- Title of the use case
- Problem statement (60–80 words)
- Proposed AI / data-based idea (60–80 words; no technical depth required)
- Stage of the use case (Idea | Concept | Pilot | Implemented)
- Presentation preference
Clarity, relevance, and applicability matter more than sophistication.
🎤 Presentation Opportunity
Selected submissions will be invited to present physically at the conference in a concise 5-slide, 4-minute format.
Participants may also choose to submit for review and documentation only, without physical presentation.
Selected presenters will be informed separately. Presentation support and the slide format will be shared.
